Acceptable Use

GhostedAI may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to deceive, defraud, harass, or impersonate another person.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Membership

Founding membership includes 50 screening minutes per monthly billing period. Standard membership includes 200 screening minutes per monthly billing period. Membership renews monthly until canceled through the billing portal.

Founding Price

The first 250 paid memberships may retain the $4.99 monthly founding price while continuously subscribed. Canceling ends the founding price; returning customers pay the then-current price.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel anytime and keep access through the paid billing period. Partial months are not refunded except where required by law.

Activation Batches

To keep service reliable, new number activations may open in limited batches. If a batch is full, checkout is paused and waitlisted users are not charged.
